Our organization provides information and training for people from all walks of life that would like to become process servers. Whether you live in a small town or a large city, the opportunity grows bigger each year as the need for competent men and women continues to grow in all parts of the U.S. and Canada. Anyone over 18 years of age can serve a federal summons or subpoena in all 50 states. Presently, there is no test or license required to serve federal process. (Note: Some states do require a license or test to serve state process.) When you join our organization we will provide you information for you to access the rules of civil procedure for all 50 states, Canada and various foreign nations.

Statewide Process Servers is owned and operated by Les Victor. Mr. Victor is both a process server and a former constable with over 25 years constable experience in the field of process serving. He has taught more people to be process servers and constables than any other person in America. Many of his students now earn in excess of $50,000 per year. Some of his top students earn six figures per year! Mr. Victor is a former public school teacher and holds a Masters degree in Education. He started part-time as a process server while he was a public school teacher. He is the author and publisher of the manual "How to Make Money As a Process Server, Constable or Notary Public" and runs an active process serving business in the State of Massachusetts. Mr. Victor and his staff assist other process servers from all 50 states and Canada that need help answering questions or in building their business. Statewide Process Servers is a national organization that promotes the goodwill of Process Servers in all parts of the United States and Canada.
